This week’s edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown saw former World Champion Randy Orton engage in a promo segment with Trick Williams. The upstart recently moved to the main roster and joined the blue brand.
A clip from their segment has been going viral, where Williams could be seen slapping a microphone out of The Viper’s hand. Accidentally, the microphone went flying into the crowd and potentially hit a fan at ringside.

Both superstars looked confused after the unexpected incident. Fans on X are now pointing out that Williams broke character following the sequence and said, “Oh sh*t.”

After his segment with Orton, Williams made his official main roster in-ring debut on Friday Night SmackDown. He competed in a singles bout against Rey Fenix following a heated exchange between the duo last week. The former NXT Champion captured the victory in a controversial fashion.

SmackDown general manager Nick Aldis announced four high-stakes matches to determine the participants of a number one contenders bout for the Undisputed WWE Championship at Saturday Night’s Main Event. The winner of the contest at SNME will get a championship shot at Royal Rumble 2026.
One of the matches announced features Randy Orton, who will go up against former World Champion The Miz. The qualifying bouts are all set to take place next week on the blue brand.
